What makes the ending of Paddy Clarke Ha Ha Ha so powerful? I think the end of the novel is successful and very moving because it is what I had expected from the start of the breakup of Paddy’s parents and the breakdown of Paddy’s character. The ending of the novel is where the author shows Paddy’s emotions the most. The fight with Kevin shows an extreme change in what Paddy wants to be like and shows how much he wants to be feared and respected. The end of the novel, when Paddy’s da leaves home, was very sad. I had thought throughout the book that maybe Paddy’s parents would have sorted things out. The author chose to show the breakup from Paddy’s perspective only making it harder for the reader because we knew what was going to probably happen most of the way through the book. The ending I thought was particularly powerful as it showed the terror and personal self-doubt the Paddy was in directly subjected to. When I read the ending of the book, the first thing I thought afterwards was that it finished with no information about how Paddy, or any of the other family members, turned out. At first I was quite disappointed because I wanted wanted to know if Paddy ever recovered from the state he was in at the end of the book, if he ever made friends with Charles Leavy or if Paddy’s ma found someone else. Then I realised that the book was not about what everybody was like and how they would end up, it was about the slow and painful break up of Paddy’s parents break up Paddy’s emotions really get the better of him at the end. This makes the end of the novel more tragic and sad. The transformation in Paddy’s character really becomes apparent, when the fight between Paddy and Kevin happens. This is the time when he loses control and no longer realises the consequences of his actions. This made me feel very sorry for Paddy and very sympathetic of his situation because he had obviously broken down into such a state that he couldn’t control his emotions or actions. All of these factors add up to, what I think is, a very powerful and moving ending to a very sad novel.

While farm producers only see the positive side from the use of these chemical fertilizers since it is economically beneficial to them, scientists and environmentalists can easily see the negative effects of these chemicals not only to the environment but to our very own health as well. These include the difficulties in handling and proper disposal of the enormous quantities of animal waste, and the numerous public health risks such as antibiotic resistance, respiratory infections, and gastrointestinal effects, as well as health risks for workers and community members. This study highlights the role of the patients in the nursing process. The objective of the study is to provide the perceptions of the patients towards the patient involvement in nursing process. This research paper has implied some methods to integrate the reviews of the patients as well as the nurses in the nursing process or policy. The methods with the help of which the study was conducted are data sources and the review methods, which provided a clear idea about the topic of the paper. The limitations of the paper are that the paper had some discrepancies. The results of the conducted research helped the research with some themes, which were the enacted participation, challenges in the participation process and the promotion of participation and lastly the participation types. There is a large number of enacted participation of the patients in the medical wards. The known challenges are willingness of the patients and the approach of the nurses. The paper discusses the prevention of HIV transmission as a topic from the stakeholders end and adapts many strategies and methods that are required to prevent and evaluate the overall transmission factor. This study highlights the role of the men in the prevention of HIV transmission as society is mainly patriarchal as mentioned by the stakeholders. The truth is that Edward uses his large imagination to create a fantasy that represents his reality. Protagonist Edward Bloom tells his stories from the time that he was born all the way up to adulthood, in a manner that no sane person could bring himself or herself to believe. Yet, when you look beneath the exaggerations and metaphors of Ed’s stories, the truth is in some way there. Edward doesn’t like to give away the truth easily; instead, he appreciates using his imagination to express what was happening at that time of his life so that the listener experiences what his emotions were at that time and learns a lesson as well. He is late once again returning from the war when his wife thinks he is already dead. Sandra then gives birth to Edwards’s son, to which he is regrettably late for also. This is the right time for Edward to look after his son Will, yet to his surprise he discovers Spectre is run down and no longer the prosperous town he once knew seemingly due to his absence. He tries to fix this concluding to abandoning his son. In the end Edward should have died the way that his son tells him, but he is too late and has no time or energy left until morning. He dies and he is not on time, as he wanted. The last truth I observed in the film â€Å"Big Fish† is that Edward Bloom sees himself as the big fish. In the end of the movie, he turns himself into a big catfish after he takes the ring out of his mouth then gives it to his wife. Becoming a fish in Spectres River means that he becomes something like the naked woman he saw, which represents the big fish that can not be caught, and is seen differently in everyone’s eyes I feel this is a great representation of Edward Bloom. â€Å"You were a big fish in a small pond, but this here is the ocean and you’re drownin’. Amos Calloway. After Amos says this to Edward, he can’t help but believe that he ultimately is a ‘big fish’. Also, when Edward is old and ill from cancer, his wife finds him soaking in the tub under the water. When he realizes his wife is watching he comes to the surface and says, â€Å"I was drying up† implying that he is a fish. Edward also spent a great amount of his time in the pool prior to being ill. These underlying clues throughout the film depict that Edward Bloom characterizes himself as the big fish.
